– Color: from amber and topaz with a large nail that becomes reddish brown with age and consistency in relation to its sugar concentration;
– Smell: intense, rich, complex, ripe fruit and other nuances;
– Taste: fine, persistent, with sweet aftertaste;
– Minimum alcohol content: 21% vol.
